Claudino Gildas DE SOUZA est doctorant en contentieux constitutionnel à l’Université Paris Saclay en France. Il est titulaire d’un Diplôme d’Etudes Approfondies en Droit Public Fondamental de l’Université d’Abomey-Calavi (Bénin) et d’un Master 2 en Droit Public des Affaires de l’Université Paris Saclay (France).

Membre du Centre de Recherche Léon Duguit de l’université d’Evry Val d’Essonne et Collaborateur Stagiaire au Conseil constitutionnel français, ses centres d’intérêt touchent aux domaines ci-après : l’Etat de droit, le droit et le contentieux constitutionnels, le droit et le contentieux administratifs, la régulation des activités économiques, les marchés publics, etc.
