Cadre de l’administration publique, Spéro Mèyido ABOH est titulaire d’un Master en droit de la Personne humaine et de la démocratie. Il est également titulaire d’une licence en Administration des finances option impôts de l’école Nationale d’Administration et de Magistrature (ENAM Bénin) et d’une licence en sciences politiques (FADESP UAC).
Ses travaux de recherche portent sur le financement des partis politiques en République du Bénin. Autodidacte en informatique, il développe une grande passion pour les technologies, les smartphones et est spécialiste des TIC.
Ses centres d’intérêt sont : les finances, le droit international, l’informatique et les technologies associées.
